Little moments of peace are small amounts of time spent focusing on a peaceful activity. The more moments of peace you include in your day, the more peaceful your life will become.

This is how a peaceful life is created. It’s the little things, not the big things, that create and maintain change.

Little Moments of Peace

Here are some little peaceful moment ideas you could try and incorporate into your day:

  • Pick an inspirational card each day

  • Ban mobile phones from your bedroom

  • Write a few lines in your journal, expressing your gratitude

  • Find a spot for your lunch in nature, to sit, relax & enjoy

  • Take 3 long deep breaths and drop your shoulders

  • Spend the evening reading a book instead of watching TV

  • Light a candle & set a peaceful intention for your day… ‘Today, I will stay peaceful within’.

  • Leave 10 minutes early for an appointment or for work

See how simple they are? Yet, if your life has 4 or 5 moments like this everyday, it will become more peaceful. It will have a great effect on your mind & body.
