First impressions and a few days into using both, and being experienced in self-healing (years of exploration of all tools for self-care) I am very impressed. Both the colours (so important to aid mindset and emotions) and content are carefully considered and absolutely fit for purpose. Clearly the creator of these tools for well being has personal experience and wisdom that anyone who has truly fought battles in themselves will recognise as knowing what they’re talking about! This self-care journal has really improved my concentration and thinking. I love the design and the pages are lovely and soft. I have written all over the pages in this book. The journal has a good structure but you can also just use this as a thought diary too. There are many pages to reflect on and I even use the title pages to write down extra thoughts I might have! This is a great tool to help practice writing your thoughts so if you’re thinking about it, I’d jump in and buy one. This is also a product that I do use. You feel the urge to pick up your pen and start writing. Definitely worth every penny! xxx
